Every sack is different, and that's okay.

We’re all different, and so are our sacks. This is why it’s important that you listen to your body before anything else. Maybe you will manage to stretch as much as “that guy” you see online, or maybe not. The important thing is that you find a level of stretch that’s comfortable for you, whether it’s through constriction, weight, stretch, or all of them combined.

So what should you start with?

Silicone! We recommend starting with this material because of its obvious flexibility. You can’t really hurt yourself with something as soft as silicone, and it’ll help you stretch gradually as you increase your gear set up.

Make your setup your own.

Think of your stretching setup as an outfit for your bate—a way to shine amongst your bator bros. There are endless combinations to explore: popular brands and unknown finds, silicone and metal, bright colours, shiny finishes or matte black, rounded shapes or sharp angles. Just like with any passion, once you start finding your way around this community within the community, it becomes increasingly hard not to build quite the collection.

But of course, it’s not just about the looks—it’s about how it feels. As you grow your collection, you may find that these rings become part of your bate and change how it feels entirely. From your gooch to your testicles and your skin, the sensations can vary depending on the combination and materials you use.

The Thin Metal Ring

For men with a tight to average sac who have tried silicone rings before. The ring adds weight and a downward pulling sensation.

Pros:
For those whose goal isn’t necessarily stretching, the feeling of weight pulling down on the testicles can add pleasure during masturbation.

Where you feel it:
In your gooch and testicles.

Tips:
Choose a smooth, rounded doughnut shape without sharp edges to help reduce friction against your skin.

Care:
Wash with warm water and mild soap, rinse well, and dry thoroughly after use.

The Tall Silicone Stretcher

This is where the fun begins. Think of a hand holding your sac and gently pulling it downward—that’s how we’d describe the feeling.

Pros:
They allow for more flexibility. Easier to sustain than metal ones for a long edging sessions. You can pair them with other silicone or metal rings and stretchers. Easy to clean. The weight depends of the price and quality.

Cons:
Cheap ones can tear easily. Transparent ones can turn yellow when near poppers.

Where you feel it:
You’ll feel the stretch from your gooch through your entire sac.

Care:
Wash with warm water and mild soap, rinse well, and dry thoroughly after use.

The Silicone + Metal Combo

For the advanced bros with a relaxed sac, it’s the ideal casual setup. Think of it like the best of both worlds between stretch and weight.

Pros:
Many possible combinations. Silicone, metal, silicone again, you can let your imagination flow depending on the amount of gear you have.

Cons:
The bounce intensifies with this set up and can be more difficult to sustain if you’re not used to it. Best to let your balls rest on the surface you’re sitting on.

Where you feel it:
Everywhere from your gooch to your testicles, with a bonus for the lucky ones with the bounce on your hole.

Care:
Wash with warm water and mild soap, rinse well, and dry thoroughly after use.

Layered Metal + Silicone

For experienced users with a relaxed sac, this combination brings together stretch and weight. Mixing the stacking and layering of materials and weights together.

Pros:
Combining different stretchers and materials brings together the feeling of stretch and the downward pull of weight around your gooch.

Cons:
The bounce can be intense, and you may find this setup uncomfortable over time. Don’t push through discomfort or pain. Feeling no pain doesn’t guarantee that a setup is safe.

Where you feel it:
From your gooch to your testicles, with a bonus for the lucky ones with the bounce on your hole.
If you’re uncut, the stretch also has an positive impact on your shaft, pulling down on your foreskin.

Tip:
Think of silicone as a buffer, not a way to cancel out the weight. A softer contact surface doesn’t remove the load or guarantee protection from friction or constriction.

Care:
Wash with warm water and mild soap, rinse well, and dry thoroughly after use.

The Locked Metal Weight

These come in different weights and heights. We find the screw fastening holds more securely than magnetic closures, though getting the right fit still matters—whether your sac is relaxed or tight.

Pros:
That noticeable feeling of weight on your sac.

Cons:
The weight concentrated low on your sac may result in more bouncing, which can become uncomfortable during longer sessions.

Where you feel it:
Your testicles are where you feel it most.

Care:
Wash with warm water and mild soap, rinse well, and dry thoroughly after use.

Our founder's ideal stretch

“Everybody’s ball stretching game is different. I’ve been stretching for 6 years now, so I didn’t reach this level overnight. I started gradually with only 1 or 2 rings, worn only during my bate sessions on cam. Never all day or anything like that… The important thing is to make sure you listen to your body, ’cause we don’t want you to hurt yourself. Good quality is also key to your setup. And it’s true that it’s actually not cheap.”
